Allah Ta’ala revealed every heavenly book and the language of the messengers in their own nation’s language and showed mercy and grace to those nations. So that those nations will not be unable to understand the commands and teachings of Allah. Because the Qur’an was revealed to the Arabs, so, the Qur’an appeared in the Arabic language. But Allah made the Qur’an a source of guidance for the whole world. [Q-06:90].
Because the language of all the world is not Arabic, therefore those who are not Arabs or unable to understand the Arabic language. They should hypothetically adopt two methods for reading and teaching the Qur’an.
1. The first is that……
In order to know Allah and His commandments and source of guidance, should read and teach the Qur’an in one’s mother tongue or the language they understand very well. So that they understand the power of Allah, His commandments and the greatness of the Qur’an and follow them.
2. The second is that……
Quran should be read in Arabic also. So that they can enjoy God’s writing and his expression of style Although it does not understand.
May Allah grant all living beings the ability to read and teach the Qur’an in both ways up to the living world.
Allah Almighty repeatedly says in the Qur’an that can the blind and the sighted be equal? No way. Here the blind is those who can see but cannot understand. And those with vision are those who, though their eyes are blind, but know the truth.
Allah says in Qur’an 3:38, “This Qur’an is just a statement for the people and a source of guidance and admonition for those who fear.”
Here, “statement” means that! Not understanding the Qur’an after reading or listening [that is, listening or reading in a language that is not understood]. So, this is just a statement. And “source of guidance for those who fear” means that! Only when he understands he will be afraid and if he is afraid, he will get guidance [that is, if he studies in his own language then he will also understand].

رَّبِّ اَعُوۡذُ بِکَ مِنۡ ھَمَزٰتِ الشَّیٰطِیۡنِ ۙ وَ اَعُوۡذُ بِکَ رَبِّ اَنۡ یَّحۡضُرُوۡن ؕ۔
بِسۡمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحۡمٰنِ الرَّحِيۡمِۙ۔

Ask for the refuge of your Lord before you read the Quran.
فَاِذَا قَرَاۡتَ الۡقُرۡاٰنَ فَاسۡتَعِذۡ بِاللّٰہِ مِنَ الشَّیۡطٰنِ الرَّجِیۡمِ (۹٨) اِنَّہٗ لَیۡسَ لَہٗ سُلۡطٰنٌ عَلَی الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا وَ عَلٰی رَبِّھِمۡ یَتَوَکَّلُوۡنَ (٩٩)۔
So, when you want to recite the Quran, seek refuge with Allah from Shaitan, The outcast (the cursed one). 98.Verily! He has no power over those who believe and put their trust only in their Lord (Allah). 99.

How to ask for asylum.
رَّبِّ اَعُوۡذُ بِكَ مِنۡ هَمَزٰتِ الشَّيٰطِيۡنِۙ (۹۷) وَاَعُوۡذُ بِكَ رَبِّ اَنۡ يَّحۡضُرُوۡنِ (۹۸)۔
[Q-23:97-98]
“My Lord! I seek refuge with You from the whisperings (suggestions) of the Shayatin (devils). “And I seek refuge with You, My Lord! lest they may attend (or come near) me.” 97-98”

Start reciting Quran with the name of God.
اِقۡرَاۡ بِاسۡمِ رَبِّكَ الَّذِىۡ خَلَقَۚ (۱) خَلَقَ الۡاِنۡسَانَ مِنۡ عَلَقٍۚ (۲) اِقۡرَاۡ وَرَبُّكَ الۡاَكۡرَمُۙ (۳) الَّذِىۡ عَلَّمَ بِالۡقَلَمِۙ (۴) عَلَّمَ الۡاِنۡسَانَ مَا لَمۡ يَعۡلَمۡؕ (۵)۔
[Q-96:1-5]
Read! In the Name of your Lord, who has created man from a clot (a piece of thick coagulated blood). Read! And your Lord is the Most Generous. Who has taught (the writing) by the pen [the first person to write was Prophet Idrees (Enoch)]. Has taught man that which he knew not.

How to start with the name of God.
بِسۡمِ اللّٰہِ الرَّحۡمٰنِ الرَّحِیۡمِ۔
[Q-27:30].
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful; 30″

Allah’s command to read the Quran.
اُتۡلُ مَاۤ اُوۡحِىَ اِلَيۡكَ مِنَ الۡكِتٰبِ (۴۵) ۔
[Q-29:45]
Recite (O Muhammad ﷺ) what has been revealed to you of the Book (the Qur’an),45”
وَاَنۡ اَتۡلُوَا الۡقُرۡاٰنَ ۚ ﴿۹۲﴾۔
[Q-27:92]
And to recite the Qur’an.

The Lord’s Source of Guidance! The Qur’an.
تِلۡكَ اٰيٰتُ الۡكِتٰبِ الۡحَكِيۡمِ ۙ ﴿۲﴾ هُدًى وَّرَحۡمَةً لِّلۡمُحۡسِنِيۡنَ ۙ ﴿۳﴾ الَّذِيۡنَ يُقِيۡمُوۡنَ الصَّلٰوةَ وَيُؤۡتُوۡنَ الزَّكٰوةَ وَهُمۡ بِالۡاٰخِرَةِ هُمۡ يُوۡقِنُوۡنَ ؕ ﴿۴﴾ اُولٰٓٮِٕكَ عَلٰى هُدًى مِّنۡ رَّبِّهِمۡ وَاُولٰٓٮِٕكَ هُمُ الۡمُفۡلِحُوۡنَ ﴿۵﴾۔
[Q-31:2-5]
- These are Verses of the Wise Book (the Qur’an).
- A source of guidance and mercy for those who do good.
- Those who perform As-Salat(Iqamat-as- Salat) and give Zakat and they have faith in the Hereafter with certainty.
- Such are on guidance from their Lord, and such are the successful.
اَللّٰہُ نَزَّلَ اَحۡسَنَ الۡحَدِیۡثِ کِتٰبًا مُّتَشَابِہًا مَّثَانِیَ ٭ۖ تَقۡشَعِرُّ مِنۡہُ جُلُوۡدُ الَّذِیۡنَ یَخۡشَوۡنَ رَبَّہُمۡ ۚ ثُمَّ تَلِیۡنُ جُلُوۡدُہُمۡ وَ قُلُوۡبُہُمۡ اِلٰی ذِکۡرِ اللّٰہِ ؕ ذٰلِکَ ہُدَی اللّٰہِ یَہۡدِیۡ بِہٖ مَنۡ یَّشَآءُ ؕ وَ مَنۡ یُّضۡلِلِ اللّٰہُ فَمَا لَہٗ مِنۡ ہَادٍ (۲۳)۔
[Q-39:23]
Allah has sent down the best statement, a Book (this Qur’an), its parts resembling each other [Other holy Books (Torait, Injeel, Zaboor] in goodness and truth, oft-repeated. The skins of those who fear their Lord shiver from it (when they recite it or hear it). Then their skin and their heart soften to the remembrance of Allah. This is the source of Allah’s guidance. He Guides therewith whom He pleases and whomever Allah sends astray, for him there is no guide.
هٰذَا بَيَانٌ لِّلنَّاسِ وَهُدًى وَّمَوۡعِظَةٌ لِّلۡمُتَّقِيۡنَ ﴿۱۳۸﴾۔
[Q-03:138]
This [Qur’an] is a declaration to the people and a source of guidance and instruction for that conscious of Allah.
فَمَا لَهُمۡ عَنِ التَّذۡكِرَةِ مُعۡرِضِيۡنَۙ ﴿۴۹﴾ كَاَنَّهُمۡ حُمُرٌ مُّسۡتَنۡفِرَةٌ ۙ ﴿۵۰﴾ فَرَّتۡ مِنۡ قَسۡوَرَةٍ ؕ ﴿۵۱﴾ بَلۡ يُرِيۡدُ كُلُّ امۡرِىٴٍ مِّنۡهُمۡ اَنۡ يُّؤۡتٰى صُحُفًا مُّنَشَّرَةً ۙ ﴿۵۲﴾ كَلَّا ؕ بَلۡ لَّا يَخَافُوۡنَ الۡاٰخِرَةَ ؕ ﴿۵۳﴾ كَلَّاۤ اِنَّهٗ تَذۡكِرَةٌ ۚ ﴿۵۴﴾ فَمَنۡ شَآءَ ذَكَرَهٗ ؕ ﴿۵۵﴾۔
[Q-74:49-55]
What is then the matter with them, that they turn away from the admonition? As if they were alarmed donkeys. Fleeing from a lion? Rather, every person among them desires that he would be given scriptures spread about.
That is, they want the Book to be revealed to everyone in the same way as it was revealed to Muhammad. Then they will believe.
Nay, verily. They fear not the Hereafter. Nay, it is certainly a source of guidance. So, whoever wants to take this education.
وَهٰذَا صِرَاطُ رَبِّكَ مُسۡتَقِيۡمًا ؕ قَدۡ فَصَّلۡنَا الۡاٰيٰتِ لِقَوۡمٍ يَّذَّكَّرُوۡنَ ﴿۱۲۶﴾ لَهُمۡ دَارُ السَّلٰمِ عِنۡدَ رَبِّهِمۡ وَهُوَ وَلِيُّهُمۡ بِمَا كَانُوۡا يَعۡمَلُوۡنَ ﴿۱۲۷﴾۔
[Q-06:126-127]
This is the way of thy Lord, leading straight: We have detailed the signs for those who receive admonition. For them will be the Home of Peace with their Lord. And He will be their protecting friend because of what they used to do.
هٰذَا بَصَاٮِٕرُ لِلنَّاسِ وَهُدًى وَّرَحۡمَةٌ لِّقَوۡمٍ يُّوۡقِنُوۡنَ (۲۰) ۔
[Q-45:20]
These (Quran’s verses) are clear evidences to men and a Source of Guidance and Mercy to those of assured Faith.
وَلَقَدۡ جِئۡنٰهُمۡ بِكِتٰبٍ فَصَّلۡنٰهُ عَلٰى عِلۡمٍ هُدًى وَّرَحۡمَةً لِّـقَوۡمٍ يُّؤۡمِنُوۡنَ ﴿۵۲﴾۔
[Q-07:52]
And We had certainly brought them a Book which We detailed by knowledge – A source of guidance and mercy for those who believe.
قُلۡ نَزَّلَهٗ رُوۡحُ الۡقُدُسِ مِنۡ رَّبِّكَ بِالۡحَـقِّ لِيُثَبِّتَ الَّذِيۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا وَهُدًى وَّبُشۡرٰى لِلۡمُسۡلِمِيۡنَ ﴿۱۰۲﴾۔
[Q-16:102]
Say, the Holy Spirit (Gabriel) has brought the revelation from thy Lord in Truth, in order to strengthen those who believe, and a source of guidance and glad tidings for Muslims.
قُلۡ اِنَّمَاۤ اَتَّبِعُ مَا يُوۡحٰٓى اِلَىَّ مِنۡ رَّبِّىۡ ۚ هٰذَا بَصَآٮِٕرُ مِنۡ رَّبِّكُمۡ وَهُدًى وَّ رَحۡمَةٌ لِّقَوۡمٍ يُّؤۡمِنُوۡنَ ﴿۲۰۳﴾۔
[Q-07:203]
Say, “I only follow what is revealed to me from my Lord. This [Qur’an] is enlightenment from your Lord and guidance and mercy for a people who believe.”
اَوَلَمۡ يَكۡفِهِمۡ اَنَّاۤ اَنۡزَلۡنَا عَلَيۡكَ الۡكِتٰبَ يُتۡلٰى عَلَيۡهِمۡؕ اِنَّ فِىۡ ذٰلِكَ لَرَحۡمَةً وَّذِكۡرٰى لِقَوۡمٍ يُّؤۡمِنُوۡنَ ﴿۵۱﴾۔
[Q-29:51]
And is it not enough for them that We have revealed to you the Book which is recited to them? Indeed, in it is mercy and advice for the believers.
وَاَنۡ اَتۡلُوَا الۡقُرۡاٰنَۚ فَمَنِ اهۡتَدٰى فَاِنَّمَا يَهۡتَدِىۡ لِنَفۡسِهٖۚ وَمَنۡ ضَلَّ فَقُلۡ اِنَّمَاۤ اَنَا مِنَ الۡمُنۡذِرِيۡنَ (۹۲) ۔
[Q-27:92]
And to recite the Qur’an, so whosoever receives guidance, receives it for the good of his ownself, and whosoever goes astray, say (to him): “I am only one of the warners.”92”
وَلَقَدۡ يَسَّرۡنَا الۡقُرۡاٰنَ لِلذِّكۡرِ فَهَلۡ مِنۡ مُّدَّكِرٍ ﴿۱۷﴾۔
[Q-54:17/22/32/40]
And We have indeed made the Qur’an easy to understand and remember: then is there any that will receive admonition?
اِنَّ الَّذِيۡنَ يَتۡلُوۡنَ كِتٰبَ اللّٰهِ وَاَقَامُوا الصَّلٰوةَ وَاَنۡفَقُوۡا مِمَّا رَزَقۡنٰهُمۡ سِرًّا وَّعَلَانِيَةً يَّرۡجُوۡنَ تِجَارَةً لَّنۡ تَبُوۡرَۙ (۲۹)۔
[Q-35:29].
Verily, those who recite the Book of Allah (this Qur’an) and perform As-Salat (Iqamat-as-Salat) and spend (in charity) out of what We have provided for them, secretly and openly, hope for a (sure) trade-gain that will never perish. 29

Time to read the Quran.
وَقُرۡاٰنَ الۡـفَجۡرِؕ اِنَّ قُرۡاٰنَ الۡـفَجۡرِ كَانَ مَشۡهُوۡدًا (۷۸)۔
(Q-17:78).
And the recital of dawn; surely the recital of dawn is witnessed. (attended by the angels.).

Method of reading the Quran.
وَرَتِّلِ الۡقُرۡاٰنَ تَرۡتِيۡلًا ؕ (۴)۔
[Q-73:04].
And recite the Qur’an (aloud) in a slow, (pleasant tone and) style. 4”
وَقَالَ الَّذِيۡنَ كَفَرُوۡا لَوۡلَا نُزِّلَ عَلَيۡهِ الۡـقُرۡاٰنُ جُمۡلَةً وَّاحِدَةً ۚ كَذٰلِكَ ۚ لِنُثَبِّتَ بِهٖ فُـؤَادَكَ وَرَتَّلۡنٰهُ تَرۡتِيۡلًا (۳۲)۔
[Q-25:32].
And those who disbelieve say: “Why is not the Qur’an revealed to him all at once?” Thus (it is sent down in parts), that We may strengthen your heart thereby. And We have revealed it to you gradually, in stages. (It was revealed to the Prophet ﷺ in 23 years.).32”
Meaning by reciting it intermittently (little by little), knowledge penetrates into the depths of the heart and strengthens the heart.
وَقُرۡاٰنًا فَرَقۡنٰهُ لِتَقۡرَاَهٗ عَلَى النَّاسِ عَلٰى مُكۡثٍ وَّنَزَّلۡنٰهُ تَنۡزِيۡلًا (۱۰۶)۔
[Q-17:106].
And (it is) a Qur’an which We have divided (into parts), in order that you might recite it to men at intervals. And We have revealed it by stages. (In 23 years). 106”

A command to listen to the Quran.
وَاِذَا قُرِئَ الۡقُرۡاٰنُ فَاسۡتَمِعُوۡا لَهٗ وَاَنۡصِتُوۡا لَعَلَّكُمۡ تُرۡحَمُوۡنَ (۲۰۴)۔
[Q-07:204].
So, when the Quran is recited, listen to it, and be silent that you may receive mercy. 204”
